The Charge Conference, led this year by Rev. Gillian Walters of Dauphin Way UMC, is our church’s annual meeting to review mission and ministry, set pastoral salaries, elect leaders, and recommend candidates for ordained ministry. It provides oversight, guidance, and accountability for the Board of Stewards and our congregation.
