Wednesday Community Groups

6:00-7:30 (7th-12th Grade)

Community Groups (C-Groups) are designed to help foster spiritual growth and develop community between out students and their adult leaders. Every grade is divided into groups of 8-10 students and led by an amazing team of adult small group leaders committed to making the middle/high school journey a little easier! The adults leading are helping the students develop a passion for following Christ, guiding each other to hold one another accountable and teach them all to sincerely love one another as God loves us all!

You can sign your student up at any point during the semester to be apart of the C-Group Community. We will make sure every student gets plugged into a group that fits their desire to grow and learn about Christ. 

  • 7th-12th Grade

High School & Middle School Community Groups will meet on campus @ the CLC every Wednesday with their adult small group leaders.

DISCOVERY 2024

What does Discovery 2024 look like?

Discovery is a 43-hour spiritual retreat designed for middle school students and led by high school students and adults in our church family. Our Student Ministry is working hard to ensure the safety of your student while providing a quality, Christ-centered worship experience.

The cost is $100 per student. (Scholarships are available upon request.) Our team is hard at work planning for this BIG weekend! Spread the word about registration and feel free to invite all of your friends to DISCOVERY 2024!  Our DW coordinators are Larry & Megan Smith. We are also joined again this year by Port City Worship to lead our worship for the weekend! We are so very thankful for this amazing team of leaders. Please join us all in praying for our middle school students, the leadership team and all that God will do during this weekend retreat.

All rising 7th-9th graders are invited to come serve on our middle school mission team this summer. We will be serving in Albany,Ga helping Mission Change. If you would like more information on Mission Change you can check here.
If you are interested in serving with us, please sign-up and pay your deposit online. Your student has the option of paying the trip in full or helping with fundraisers. There are scholarships available upon signing up. We will automatically add the email that you sign-up with to our information distribution list as well as notifications for all upcoming fundraiser opportunities.
 

High School Mission Trip

Come serve with our High School team throughout Charleston, Sc. We are partnering with Group Mission Trips.

Located along the beautiful Atlantic coastline, Charleston, Sc, is known for its rich blend of history, faith, and scenery. Sites such as Rainbow Row and he Charleston Battery are breathtaking and memorable. Some place have even appeared in films The Notebook and The Patriot. 

Not far away you'll find North Charleston, a fast-paced and growing community with many things to see and do. The city is known for historical plantations, gardens, and parks, as well as some of the country's finest cultural events. 

But just as importantly, the community is the proud home to numerous churches and organizations that are intertwined with the city life and share he passion for making a difference in people's lives. You'll be impressed as you hear the stories and serve alongside the people at these amazing organizations helping the elderly and assisting low income children.
